Competence Begin an individual FAA Part 61 plan.
Training may include the Private Pilot License (PPL), Instrument Rating, Commercial Pilot License (CPL), and multi-engine rating.
Experience Continue with flight instructor training when it fits your plan.
After earning the required qualifications, a pilot may pursue work and continue accumulating experience; Alpha does not guarantee employment or hours.
Career in the USA Prepare for later stages of an airline career and continue building experience.
Alpha may present qualified candidates, without guaranteeing an interview or job. OMS Pilot Green Card guidance is available only when applicable and after airline employment; approval is not guaranteed.

Alpha builds the sequence around the student’s prior experience and selected goals.
Timing varies by student; admissions provides the current plan.
Students whose individual route includes instruction can continue with flight instructor training.

At a later stage, Alpha may present qualified candidates and help them prepare for airline hiring processes.
